1 CLOSE VALVE ON PROPANE TANK.

2 DISCONNECT FUEL HOSE FROM TANK.

3 OPEN TANK STRAP

4 REMOVE TANK

5 DISCONNECT THE RED AND BLACK CHARGER PLUG FROM BATTERY.

6 PULL THE VAC HOSE TO DISCONNECT IT FROM THE REGULATOR

7 PULL THE FUEL LINE TO DISCONNECT IT FROM THE REGULATOR

8 LOCATE AND PULL TO DISCONNECT THE WIRE CONNECTOR FROM FUEL LOCKOFF.

9 LOCATE AND PULL TO DISCONNECT THE OTHER WIRE CONNECTOR FROM FUEL LOCKOFF.

10 REMOVE THE 2 BOLTS HOLDING THE REGULATOR TO FRAME

11 THE REGULATOR IS NOW FREE FROM THE MACHINE.

12 PUT THE REGULATOR IN A VICE TO HOLD IN PLACE.

13 REMOVE THE FUEL LOCKOFF AND FUEL HOSE FROM THE REGULATOR.

14 REMOVE THE BRASS VAC LINE FITTING FROM THE REGULATOR.
Wrench-7/16 in

15 REMOVE THE BRASS FUEL LINE FITTING FROM THE REGULATOR.
Crescent wrench

16 REMOVE THE BAD REGULATOR FROM THE VICE.

17 WRAP ALL THE BRASS FITTINGS THAT WERE REMOVED FROM THE BAD REGULATOR IN TEFLON (PLUMBERS) TAPE.
Teflon tape

18 REVERSE STEPS 13 THRU 17 TO REINSTALL ALL BRASS FITTINGS. NOTE: THE FUEL LINE FITTING MUST BE IN THE POSITION SHOWN HERE.

19 TURN NEW REGULATOR OVER IN VICE TO SHOW IDLE ADJUSTMENT SCREW.

20 USING AN ALLEN WRENCH OR SMALL SCREWDRIVER, TURN IN ADJUSTMENT DOWNWARD 2 FULL REVOLUTIONS TO INCREASE THE FUEL CAPACITY.

21 REVERSE STEPS 6 THRU 10 TO INSTALL THE REGULATOR ON THE MACHINE. REVERSE STEPS 1 THRU 5 TO REINSTALL THE PROPANE TANK AND RECONNECT THE BATTERY.

22 TURN THE PROPANE TANK ON. TURN THE KEY TO START THE MACHINE. IF IT DOESN'T START AFTER A FEW ATTEMPTS, TURN THE IDLE SCREW UP (STEP 22) A BIT MORE. ADJUST SCREW A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL MACHINE STARTS AND RUNS GOOD. NOTE: CHECK CO EMISSIONS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE BELOW 100PPM. IF NOT, ADJUST THE IDLE SCREW OUTWARD A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL CO LEVEL IS CORRECT.
